2 x Wooden Gymnastics Rings

2 x 4.5m Black Strap with Clamp/Clasp (38mm Strap)


Assembly Instructions

1)      Place the strap over/through a strong point.

2)      Place the strap through one of the gymnastics rings.

3)      Feed the strap through the clamp ensuring to ONLY go through in the direction shown. (the clamp only works in one direction)

4)      Repeat the above process of setting up the other strap.

5)      Once both straps and rings are set up, select one ring and set it to your preferred height. Raising the ring: Do so by pulling on the loose strap to raise it.

Lowering the ring: Do so by feeding the strap  back through the clamp, while pinching the clamp open.

6)      Repeat process on other side and ensure both rings are set to the same height.

 

Best Practice

1)      Before Use: Check straps for fraying/cuts/splits. Check wooden rings for cracks, splits. Top Tip: while visually inspecting, also run hands across to feel. For any imperfection you are un-sure of please contact us.

2)      Strong point (where the rings will hang from)

– Choose a strong point by assessing its structural integrity. Top Tip: If it looks wobbly or has evident cracks do not hang rings from there. When first hanging rings in a new location, always start with the rings low, and slowly apply weight to test the strong point. Do not assume any or every strong point is strong.

3)      Storage: Avoid storing in Damp/Wet Areas. This may swell the rings, in which case, we would suggest not using them. Store in dry and cool room away from sunlight, ensure the straps are wrapped as shown above.
