Assembly Instructions

First, we recommend counting and checking that all the items in the above Items Included table are present. If any are missing, please contact us via email or Instagram.

1)      Place the Wooden Bar through the circular opening on the Upright Bar.

Do so for both sides

2)      Place the End Washer/Cap on the end and screw in the End Bolt loosely. Do so on all sides.

3)      Place the Upright Bars over the centre of the Base Bar with the holes on the Base Bar lining up with the holes on the Upright Bars

4)      Loosely screw the Upright Bar and the Base Bar together using the Connection Bolts.

5)      Place the Rubber Feet on the Base Bar ends ensuring the rugged side faces down.

6)      Find a flat and even surface, place the parallettes down. Screw each bolt tight, ensuring all bolts are evenly tightened. Do not force it to tighten more than an uncomfortable hand tighten.

7)      Finally, locate the Wood Screw, place it in the hole on the Upright Bar (the wood should be visible through the hole) and screw in.

Best Practice

-          Always inspect prior to use, check if all the screws and bolts are secure. An easy way to do this is to shake them and see if anything rattles, if it does, tighten it or inspect it further.

Check if the Wooden and Metal bars have any cracks/splits or are deformed in any way. If you are unsure about its condition and if it is safe to use, contact us.

-          Keep the parallettes away from water and moisture at all times. Moisture of any sort may cause irreversible damage.

-          We recommend for use of up to 180KG. We have tested them to 180KG as this is the most weight we could balance.

-          If you have any concerns or questions never hesitate to contact us.

After Care

-          Rotating Bar - After extensive use the small screw stopping the rotation of the wooden bar may weaken. This In which case this is our suggestion. 1) Open up the parallettes by unscrewing the bolt holding the wooden bar and the wood screw. 2) switch the side of which the wood screw opening is on. This way we ensure the hole isn’t just getting bigger. 3) Use wood glue generously to fill up the space between the Wooden bar and the Upright Bar. 4) Insert and screw in a new wood screw, ensuring the screw is entering a new part of the Wooden bar away from the previous hole to ensure structural integrity.
